Driver who delivered full pod was courteous and professional.
I had an in-town move but 3 weeks between closing on my old house and moving in to my new one. It was super convenient to schedule (and some times have to reschedule) delivery and pick up of the unit. Glen from the Wallace location was always helpful in making deliveries work and stayed in regular communication.
PACKRAT in Wallace NC is the best! Other PACKRAT location in Knoxville is under equipped and clearly don’t receive the support they need from corporate level. The direct interaction with the divers was good but they can’t do their job with the apparent constraints put in place by corporate
Glenn who has been updating me about my delivery of my pod has been awesome. Very professional, and the only one giving me updates. The pod is delayed without reason, which is not Glenn’s fault, but he has taken ownership and has done everything to make it a priority.
