Horrible company. Do not ever use them. We expected a container yesterday. Made arrangements for help. Took off work, canceled a doctor appointment. They never contacted us through the entire process. We waited all day. Tried to call. Had to wait on hold for an hour for someone to finally tell us that it was still scheduled. By 10 o’clock at night no one had ever showed up or called us. The next day we called to ask what the problem was, and they simply said there was an issue and they would deliver it next week. My experience with their customer service department was less than ideal but Glenn was absolutely awesome. Prompt with delivery/pickup, very communicative from start to finish and was overall a pleasure to work with. 5 stars for Glenn!!
Oliver Edwards did a great job for us! We hope he comes back again.
Glenn was responsive and helpful when I needed to change my pick up date. I appreciate being able to speak to someone instead of calling the main service line.
