I read several bad reviews about Pack Rat, and my intuition told me not to work with them, but I convinced myself that the savings would be worthwhile, and I could not have been more wrong. You get what you pay for, and Pack Rat is an unbelievably disorganized company. They called me 2 days before my delivery date (for a cross country move) to let me know that they had to reschedule 5 days after my scheduled delivery date because they forgot to file for a permit.
