The container move with 1-800-PACK-RAT has been straightforward all the way through - the only minor quibble with the process is that they assume you are going to be fully aware of and capable of navigating whatever your local permitting requirements are, and do not give more than a nod to the possibility that permits might be needed in their documentation or interactions.
