In August of 2023, they delivered the container 1 day late. They did not pick it up on time. Each day, I called multiple times and was put on hold for over an hour each time. The container was finally picked up 2 days late. My monthly rental rate started at $179 and had 2 price increases over 2 1/2 years to $249/month. When I called to have my container delivered in March of 2026 they told me they could not deliver it to my zip code. That was the reason I went this route for storage and delivery. Had a great experience with this company! My driver Dominic made sure to call when he was on the way and places the container exactly where I asked!
Dominic delivered our container. He was on time, very friendly and conscientious, placing the container exactly where I requested. Could not have had a better delivery!
