Customer service could be a lot better. Everytime I call it's a 40 minute wait. They haven't come to pick up the container and it's a day late.
Spoke with 2 different reps today and was assured my PR would be moved. My moving crew is scheduled to be here at 8:30 and my container sits in my driveway. This is totally unacceptable.
Matt was great! He was so helpful and made getting my things from the storage unit very easy. I recommend using 1 800 pack rat for your storage needs.
Stay away from pack rat UNLESS you want more stress in your life. They delivered the pack rat late after confirming the drop off date without an explanation. Then after FOUR confirmed pickup dates, the pack rat was picked up. It took us four 1 hour long phone calls to get this unit picked back up from our house. Steer clear of Pack Rat at all costs.
Number 1 in customer service! Matt Milanese in Greensboro, NC is that man!! This man went above and beyond. Made me feel like I made the right decision going with Pack Rat. Made me feel I can trust and believe in this company. If you want peace of mind go with this company. One of the best decisions I ever made with my long distance move. They really care!!
