Packrat handled my elderly mother’s move great. Her landlord raised her rent after 15 years by over 500 dollars and Packrat got here the day after I asked for a box. I messed up and did not schedule the pickup correctly but the local staff made accommodations for us and it helped to avoid a huge headache. Would recommend and use again. Everyone was great.
10/10 would highly recommend. Mr. Terrence and the other gentleman that he was training did an awesome job. They were very professional and worked fast without any issues. Great job guys!

Very disappointed with this company! Not only did they place the unit in the wrong spot but now we have been charged $200 for an extra month that we won’t even have the unit. My husband has reached out to the company continuously to try and get them to come pick up the unit and finally got ahold of someone this morning, was told they will be coming the 2nd to pick the unit up and that we wouldn’t be charged another month. 1 Star — SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE 1-800-PACK-RAT. This company is an absolute scam. They’ll say anything to get your business, then completely fall apart when it’s time to deliver—literally and figuratively. They told us our container would arrive Friday. That date changed FOUR TIMES—no warning, no real explanation, just delay after delay. Every single customer service rep tells you something different.
