We booked for specific date. Waited all day and then check their website and see they changed the date. Called customer service to be told we’ve had a lot going on so they changed the date without notifying us. We told them to cancel order. They said ok never asked why or apologizing.

Worst customer service. Told, "lots of new employees who don't know how to answer calls, so they put you back in the cue." Bounced around from person to person, extremely long wait times, they changed my delivery date-- even with confirmation the day before, and never called. After looking up other reviews, I cancelled. Not worth the risk for a long distance move-- the signs all pointed to a disaster.

0 stars should be an option. First, they told us 1, 16 ft. Pod would be enough to move a 3 bedroom house. To be safe, we ordered an additional 8 foot pod. This estimate could not have been further from accurate. We ordered a 2nd 16 foot pod, which was an additional $1200. Then, a driver come to pick up the small pod. He backed out, caught onto our internet wire, drove forward and severed it. He clearly knew he did something, because he stopped. Then, he drove away.
