I rented a storage unit from them it was a great experience from manager to driver.
Operation seems under-managed and impacts service expectations. Very unhappy to say the least. Most likely...a top- down issue similar to a lot of companies that don't allocate the proper resources necessary to run efficiently.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Beware!!!! You will have scheduled delivery and get run around and now my pod with all my stuff was not delivered with no end in sight!!’
Absolutely horrible company. DO NOT USE PACKRAT THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT SQUEEZING MONEY OUT OF YOU. My review is about 1-800-PACK-RAT company and NOT the Dayton location. This company will tell you what you want to hear then lie and make up rules and extra fees last minute when you are counting on them. They literally will not let us close our account, our monthly bill is almost 400 bucks, up 300% from when we started!
