They are crooks, told me it's a better deal if I had two boxes booked at the same time, so i went with two boxes delivered a week apart, shipped to Florida, after I was told they only charged storage after 1st month, well it's been two weeks from first dropped box and second one picked up now they want 1k extra for storage and fuel prices have dropped 20 cents a gallon from my first call when I booked with them in October, and we agreed on delivery date now they are saying it wont happen on the date we signed contract for, t... read more
Overnight parking
I rented a storage unit from them it was a great experience from manager to driver.
Operation seems under-managed and impacts service expectations. Very unhappy to say the least. Most likely...a top- down issue similar to a lot of companies that don't allocate the proper resources necessary to run efficiently.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Beware!!!! You will have scheduled delivery and get run around and now my pod with all my stuff was not delivered with no end in sight!!’
