Beware of this service! Seamless drop off and pick up/delivery to my new house but when the final pick up was done the driver clipped and snapped data line to my security camera. I explained before the pickup to the driver, dispatch and manager about an area of the driveway the wire hangs lower so the driver must avoid. Needless to say he didn’t listen and broke a line. Was most cost effective way for me to move my stuff across the state
They are crooks, told me it's a better deal if I had two boxes booked at the same time, so i went with two boxes delivered a week apart, shipped to Florida, after I was told they only charged storage after 1st month, well it's been two weeks from first dropped box and second one picked up now they want 1k extra for storage and fuel prices have dropped 20 cents a gallon from my first call when I booked with them in October, and we agreed on delivery date now they are saying it wont happen on the date we signed contract for, t... read more
