I had a great move from FL to Colorado Springs because of both sides of Pack Rat drivers. Both couldn't of been nicer, more knowledgeable and professional than those 2 men. Parked the containers perfectly. Thank you for making this 1,800 mile less stressful.

Title: Delayed delivery & poor communication during move I had a disappointing experience with 1-800-PACK-RAT during a recent move. My container (Order #D72895) was scheduled for delivery on April 3rd but was not delivered until April 6th, and I received no clear communication about the delay—no call, voicemail, text, or email.
