They will price match which is awesome, but try calling to cancel 16 days in advance even, and good luck getting the cancelation processed. They make it really difficult for you to cancel which isn't cool. I won't be considering them on our next move. One star bro!

Would give this a zero if I could. I had set up for my move weeks before we were set to move. Was guaranteed our container would arrive 5/27/2025. Called the week before to confirm and was told we were good to go. Called again, on the 23rd, and was told we were good to go the container would be delivered on the 27th. We would get an email, call, or text to verify time of delivery the day before. The day before we got nothing. Requested a call again, got nothing. 1-800-Pack Rat is such a great company. They are what you want and expect when hiring this type of service. It was just as easy as could be every step of the way and as everyone knows, moving is anything but easy. Kimber was and is a fantastic pod delivery / pick up person. She's so prelofessional and makes the pod placement easy on Pack Rat clients. Highly recommend all the way around!
