Don’t let these 5 stars fool you!! They have to be bots. If you go to individual pack rat locations you’ll see real customer experiences and realize how subpar this company is. Not only did they over charge us, TWICE. Adding a surcharge they never told us about, and the first time they were suppose to give me a price better than my pods quote, but of course when they charged me they didn’t. I had a great move from FL to Colorado Springs because of both sides of Pack Rat drivers. Both couldn't of been nicer, more knowledgeable and professional than those 2 men. Parked the containers perfectly. Thank you for making this 1,800 mile less stressful.
Pod was delivered on time and picked up at destination as scheduled. Both drivers were friendly and courteous. H0WEVER the customer service wait time is atrocious. I called three times. I was put on hold for over fifty minutes the first and second times. I gave up - never got an answer. I gave up after being on hold for 23 minutes the third time. I do not recommend Packrats at all unless you enjoy listing to endless repetitions of hold music.
