Our family experienced a flood in the mountains… I called them and explained my situation and what are needs were and we had a unit delivered by Stephen who was friendly and professional the very next day… I couldn’t be more grateful for the level of service I received… Thank you Pack-Rat
Our pod delivery person was great! great manuvering of truck and pod in an out of our tight parking area of the townhouse. impressive KIMBER!!
This is the second time that I have used Pack-Rat for a move. When Stephen came to deliver my container this morning, I was unable to move my car because the battery was dead. Stephen said he would come back later in the day and that I should call the local office to let them know I was able to get my car moved And my unit was delivered a mirror four hours later than originally planned. These guys are second to none. I heartily recommend them to anyone planning a move!
i am still waiting for the pod to show up.. originally told between 10-2.. i had to call to find this out.. i called again at 2:00, i was told now between 2-6..with a call 1 hour before... having to wait over an hour for a call back.. i will be wring a negative review on this company..a letter to ceo or a supervisor, administrator.. 5 pm still waiting..
