We moved halfway across the country as a young couple. Moving out of your parents house and 16 hours away is stressful enough. All that this company did was add to it. They first overcharged us and we had to get a refund of over $400. They then delayed delivery all of our things 2 separate times. bf took off work and got his coworkers to come over and help us when the container finally would arrive. Today. On the 5th. Absolute Failure of Service This has been one of the most stressful and unacceptable experiences we have ever dealt with. We contracted this company to transport and deliver a trailer containing all of our household goods and furniture This company has postponed delivery of our trailer — containing every single piece of our furniture and household belongings — three separate times. I ordered a container on 5/5/2025 to have it delivered 5/23/2025. They gave me a time window of 2:00-5:00pm. The driver calls at 4:49 saying he's an hour away. 6:00pm rolls by, still not there. Around 6:15 he shows up. Refuses to place the container where asked because 1st he said he couldn't drive on grass after he places it on the driveway he looks around and comes up with a new excuse that the tree branch is too low and that's why.
