I had a PACK RAT 16 ft container delivered today by a wonderful young lady named Alicsha. This young lady was very professional, courteous, knowlegable and friendly. Alisha takes customer service to a very high level. The delivery was on time and very efficient. 1-800-PACK-RAT has made our move to a new house so much easier! Being able to store our stuff while our new house is built has saved us so much time and stress. We got our second container delivered this morning. Don called before dropping it off to confirm where and how to place the container. He was very professional and it has been a great experience so far!
