Desiree in customer service and Don who Delivered the “crate” were great. Very personable and positive. Crate was clean abs ready to load.
Quote was incorrect, called again to confirm and was informed that the price will be per pick up, container was dented maybe the worse one they had , we had to sweep it out, but thankfully my stuff was safe and intact, delivery drivers were knowledgeable
The drop off and pick up was smooth and everyone is always polite. I gave only two stars because it’s near impossible to get ahold of anyone or do anything on the website.
When everything goes perfectly right and smooth. I want to tell someone ! Our experience was that…containers were clean and here when they said plus gone as well drivers worked with us on the right spot Chaz was great! The mover help recommended was also awesome! I’d almost look forward to moving again … well not for a while lol
Our driver was very friendly and did a great job.
