I had a very short timeline to move out of my old home and into my new one, and Pack Rat accommodated my needs and last minute changes, and the drivers who delivered and picked up my containers were courteous and careful with my home, driveway and belongings

They sent us a a container with a HOLE with a duct tape to cover the HOLE! I insured my personal items in there, and it leaked water all over my furniture and sat in that for 10 DAYS!!!!!! Furniture pieces were SATURATED and riddled with RED AND BLACK MOLD! ALL THE WAY THROUGH, FOAM, WIRING, EVERYTHING SOAKED AND MOLDED! I filed a claim with their insurance I had got for the container and they said because it looked like it was in use, when I just moved it out of the container and out of plastic wrap, only cleaning was a goo... read more
