The drop off and pick up was smooth and everyone is always polite. I gave only two stars because it’s near impossible to get ahold of anyone or do anything on the website.
When everything goes perfectly right and smooth. I want to tell someone ! Our experience was that…containers were clean and here when they said plus gone as well drivers worked with us on the right spot Chaz was great! The mover help recommended was also awesome! I’d almost look forward to moving again … well not for a while lol
Our driver was very friendly and did a great job.
Don came and picked up our packrat we rented was super professional and was very careful with all loading and tie downs. We will rent from this company again
Do NOT use this company, unless you like horrible customer service and hours long wait times when you call to try to speak to someone. We have had so many issues with the delivery and pick up of the storage containers, the list is too long to even type here. The empty containers that were scheduled to be picked up 2 days ago are still sitting in our driveway. Incredibly frustrating and the last thing you want to have to worry about when moving.
