Thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Edgar, Phil, and Guillermo did a fantastic job making it look like I never drilled a hole in my second story water sprinkler pipe. They explained everything they were going to do and were respectful of my property, even minimizing drywall dust. They clearly take pride in their work and treated my house like their own. Jaime was always available and responsive, keeping me informed of the progress and answering all my questions. 100% would use this company again.

This company was 5 star from start to finish. Jaime really understood my budgetary restrictions, give that I just dropped a mint on my roof, they really worked with me. Robert came out to the job site to ensure that everything discussed and captured in the contract was executed properly. The people who work for this company are AMAZING! Especially Jaime and Robert. I cannot thank them enough for responding so quickly and making the needed repairs while constantly keeping me in the loop. Their customer service and communication is top tier and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with water damage concerns. Thank you guys for everything.

Had to ask 5 separate times for a receipt. After they finally sent it, the amount increased dramatically and then was told "you are lucky we didn't charge this amount"

Super Happy with the Service! I had a great experience with 1800 Water Damage. They helped repair a damaged ceiling and did an awesome job with the painting too—it looks like nothing ever happened! The staff were super friendly and really accommodating throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and even communicated with our insurance company!Definitely recommend them if you ever need repairs done right!
