Our upstairs bathroom ended up leaking through to our garage. Robert and his team at 1-800 Water Damage responded quickly potentially saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. He worked closely with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered and handled correctly. Thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Edgar, Phil, and Guillermo did a fantastic job making it look like I never drilled a hole in my second story water sprinkler pipe. They explained everything they were going to do and were respectful of my property, even minimizing drywall dust. They clearly take pride in their work and treated my house like their own. Jaime was always available and responsive, keeping me informed of the progress and answering all my questions. 100% would use this company again.

This company was 5 star from start to finish. Jaime really understood my budgetary restrictions, give that I just dropped a mint on my roof, they really worked with me. Robert came out to the job site to ensure that everything discussed and captured in the contract was executed properly. The people who work for this company are AMAZING! Especially Jaime and Robert.
