I'd give ZERO stars if I could. These are disreputable people. They quoted my college daughter one price over the phone, then upon seeing how young she looked, despite the same VERY small amount of items taking up a VERY small part of the SMALLEST storage unit, $200.00 instantly doubled to $400.00. I politely requested that they credit back the extra $200.00 and they refused. To a disabled parent, this is a MONTH'S worth of groceries, to keep it in perspective. Shame on these people.
