I got referred by my friend. Her mother used them in San Ramon, and she appreciated all the manpower to move heavy things and get rid of stuff after they had to clean out the estate. Then I got started, I googled them from the reference and all I had to do was make an appointment online. Fill out the information and give a date of when I was going to be able to meet them. I'd give ZERO stars if I could. These are disreputable people. They quoted my college daughter one price over the phone, then upon seeing how young she looked, despite the same VERY small amount of items taking up a VERY small part of the SMALLEST storage unit, $200.00 instantly doubled to $400.00. I politely requested that they credit back the extra $200.00 and they refused. To a disabled parent, this is a MONTH'S worth of groceries, to keep it in perspective. Shame on these people.
