10/7/2025 Update: Like I've seen on many negative reviews someone from 1800got junk commented saying they would be in touch. They never contacted me and would reiterate that I would never recommend this business. Original review: Do not use this business. Long story short, they did not show up, provide a price, and then remove what I asked to be removed. The guys were great! They got all the boxes out of my storage unit quickly and were so nice. I’d give them 6 stars!
Alden and Kaitlyn were great. They came in and gave me a very reasonable estimate for my sectional couch. They had it out of my apartment and loaded within 30 minutes. Thank you guys so much!
