We used 1-800-GOT-JUNK in NY in 2024 when my grandma passed away and they were great! So, when I started helping my uncle clear out HIS house, I called and made an appointment for him on 12/14/2025. I told them in the notes it was for his house and he would be paying. The guys who came were professional, nice, and fast. My uncle paid via check, and we thought everything was good. Don’t do business with them. I had an appointment today from 1-3 and at 4:15 they called to tell me they were on their way. They wasted 3 hours of my time.

Quell and Jonathan were so kind and helpful! They arrived to my place and saw how little I had for them to take and they decided to take care of it for me basically free of charge! Definitely consider them if you need this kind of service!
