The original price was higher than expected, though they did negotiate since I only had three small items. However, the pricing became irrelevant compared to what happened next. Was going to use them for the first time today but they gave me no notice that they where running late I had appt slot between 2 and 4 nothing so I called to see what was going on and the person could not get ahold of the driver so I canceled the appt. And I will never you you guys again

We used 1-800-GOT-JUNK in NY in 2024 when my grandma passed away and they were great! So, when I started helping my uncle clear out HIS house, I called and made an appointment for him on 12/14/2025. I told them in the notes it was for his house and he would be paying. The guys who came were professional, nice, and fast. My uncle paid via check, and we thought everything was good. Don’t do business with them. I had an appointment today from 1-3 and at 4:15 they called to tell me they were on their way. They wasted 3 hours of my time.
