We had a broken down treadmill that we needed removed in Snohomish. We had just gotten new floors put in so we were very concerned about possible damage to them while the treadmill was being removed. Austin and Gene were great! They were very careful with all the parts and I never had to worry about them damaging our new floor. Ethen and James C did an absolutely amazing job! The communication was wonderful, they were perfectly on time, they worked quickly and efficiently to clear things out. They were incredibly efficient with the space they had on the truck, to maximize the value for me. The process was explained in detail, the quote was on the spot - and yes, all I had to do was point to what needed to go, and they did all the rest! They were so friendly, personable, and respectful. I will definitely be using these services again!
