Alex and Kyrell did amazing!!
Teddy and his co worker (completely forgot his name, sorry!) were extremely nice and very professional. Enjoyed having some time talking with them and getting to know them well, so 5 stars for the customer service. Genuinely great working-men. The only thing I could not get over was the quoted price was just too high at this current moment in time to justify it having all of it done. Great experience lead was amazing
We had a bedroom suite that was to be donated to charity. These folks were the option for expedited service on the charity’s website. Per the crew they would store the bed until the charity could come retrieve it. I was informed I would receive a receipt from the charity for the charitable donation. After 7 days I called to get my receipt. Per the charity we were lied to about the process and they have no record of the items being dropped off.
