They showed up 2 hours late l, then choose to rush rush rush as if it was our fault they couldn’t be here on time.. loaded less than 5 mins then They charged me 285 dollars to remove some cardboard boxes ! Then demanded a 50 dollar tip ! That is absolutely ridiculous!! Do not use these people they will rip you off !!!

Took half the junk and left the big stuff. But they loved my truck. Called to verify they were coming back to get the remaining debris and got ran around like I was trying to steal services. Won’t ever use these guys again.

I'm getting ready to move and I was getting overwhelmed with stuff I wanted to keep and the piles of stuff I was throwing out. I didn't want to make multiple trips to the dump with many different types of things that needed disposal ( paint, wood, Styrofoam, metal, furniture etc.) 1 800 GOT JUNK came and got it all in one shot. Jessie and Austin were great, carefull and got everything.
