If I could give a “0” I would. Website horrible promising delivery by certain date, saying I had to pay more to get the delivery day I wanted. Turned out it was delivered early. Called to complain. They said I wasn’t charged extra ( so I guess they figured deliver early???). They offered complimentary replacement gift, which I was assured would be delivered on the day I wanted. Order was placed for delivery. When it was discovered that the delivery was not received by the inte ded recipient, then said they were unable to deliver and had no record of the order. Despite being shown the evidence of the transaction, they still refused to give a refund or make the delivery.
I will no longer be using 1800 Flowers after being a loyal customer for the past 10+ years, as the flowers are not being delivered. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my dad at the hospital and specified deliver b/t 9am and 12pm. They said they delivered them at 2:37pm; however, my father wasn't released until 3:15pm and still had not received the flowers. 4 of my last orders, either sent or received, have not contained a message card. To not know who sent these gifts is a very awkward! One does not know whom to thank.
This company is trash! They did not get flowers to my friends Mother’s funeral and then had the audacity to say they can deliver it the next morning!! WHAT!! I wish I could give -5 instead of 1!!!!!
