Second time ordering from 1-800 flowers first time I was very satisfied this time around not at all. There was not one flower on the plant I ordered it was all green. And the led candle I ordered with it didn’t come it had a special message for someone that passed away they sent a regular candle instead. Then I called customer service and the lady made some excuse as to why she couldn’t schedule for a new delivery and stated she would call back.
