The guy who answered the phone for the number posted here is an absolute jerk. I had a question about a possible 1800 flowers order they might have, and instead of telling me to call back another time, he insisted on questioning me about how I got this number, and how do I know to even call them, on and on etc.....It's because your name is 1800 FLOWERS and that's what i googled, you jerk. Everyone should use a different service for all their flower needs.

Had an excellent experience! I called with less than 24 hrs notice to see if I could have flowers sent out the next day, and they didn't hesitate! Wonderful customer service. I will use them again in a heartbeat.

I ordered through main 1-800-flowers for a gift. It was created by and delivered by this location. Although there were plenty of stems with the delivery, it looked nothing like the product pictured. I understand not all flowers are available. However a florist should know that color schemes are often a reason for purchase. In my case what I wanted was simplicity with muted colors, couple pops and staggered heights. The pictured bouquet had the simplicity of a high end bouquet with only 4 flower varieties and varied height. W... read more
