I never received the flowers that were ordered for me to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. We called and were promised they’d come the next day. Still waiting for missing flowers. Very disappointed ☹️
Ordered flowers and they were delivered 4 days late. Needless to say the flowers looked awful. Complained and they gave me a $20 coupon off next order. Ordered some for a sick friend using the coupon and put the wrong delivery date on it. My mistake. But when I tried to change the order date, I couldn't. So they cancelled the order and reordered another. Big surprise, I could no longer use the $20 coupon for the new order. WTF!!! Never using them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
