Great experience overall! Great customer service and really took the time to understand my needs. They were able to get me in contact with treatment and an attorney fairly quickly.
Good customer service
I was in an accident Sept 2018 now it's may 2019 the lawyer they set me up with can't seem to get any documents themselves. They wanted me to get the accident report myself and I don't drive? I've finished therapy through my job and their attorneys can't get the documentation from my job. They've mentioned nothing about offers or amounts. this is the worst experience ever oh and their therapice will put a lean on your check just in case you do get paid. I had contacted several of the Big Name companies like Ken Nugent , Morgan and Morgan, Julian Sanders, Monge and Associates and a few others. Ken Nugent office asked did i receive a ticket and instantly told me that they could not help me (with dry communication as if this was not the business that they were in). Have been approved however for small amounts. This business is very satisfactory but I’ve been treating for almost a year. I need enough funds to take off from work so that I can get better; the bills will continue to come and I’m still having complications since the accident. 11/29/18 update: would not recommend simply because the interest will reduce your settlement.
