Bad management
Let me start off by saying that trying to buy contacts from 1800 contacts has been the absolute worst experience I have had in wearing contacts for 15 years. I ordered contacts in early April 2026 and by July 25, 2026 I still do not have the contacts I ordered from them. A very helpful customer service rep Lindy, said “I absolutely guarantee your contacts will arrive by Thursday July 30,2026” well that day came and went and no contacts. An employee took us to their offices for an inexpensive employee lunch. It was a delicious benefit for all employees and their guests.
I worked for this company for 2 years - I really did enjoy this job. I was a work from home chat agent. I got fired - which came as a huge shock.
