Love this company! They are so great to work with! Fast shipping and very reliable! My doctor put in the wrong prescription but we didnt notice until opening the box and putting it in the contact. 1800 was great about sending us the correct prescription (after the dr corrected it) and letting us return the wrong one. I am glad we werent just out the money for somebody else's mistake!
Tried ordering 1 box of color rx contacts, and they were trying to charge me $86 for taxes! Wear them yourself!
Only giving one star because I can't give zero...ordered online today - was told my order would arrive on 03/23/26. Got a message stating my doctor has until tomorrow morning to approve order - then told me that my order will not ship until 03/31/26, even though my confirmation stated 03/23/26, and honestly the only reason I chose 1-800 contacts. Was told 5-7 days, and never mentioned no weekends - person told me that weekends do not count when I questioned why the shipping had changed - even if 7 days without weekends, my o... read more
I really like you guys, but for the love of god PLEASE stop texting and calling 4x a week. I have 2 eyes, I dont go through a whole box of contacts every 2 days for crying out loud. This is such a turn off, I'm ready to never order from here again, and I've been happy with them so far. STOP.
