Absolutely awful - I would give a zero if possible. STAY AWAY from Groundworks! Had them out when they were Rescon 3 years ago to fix a seam in foundation where we had replaced bulkhead. They recommended to put in plugs and fill with sealant. After initial install, still leaked. They came back and put in another plug or two. Still leaked, next time they came out the technician said we had too much water coming off the gutter outside. Suggested we extend gutter downspout and put in stone.
