Great company . Sales person Carlos and Guiles ( onsite manager) and crew did an excellent job . Our house is in a flood zone so they came up with a plan to help mitigate potential water damage to the house … Definitely recommend Busy Dog and would contract again if needed .

This is an update. We had an annual service on our basement sump pumps / French drains. Zaven was the technician. He arrived on time and was polite and neat. He explained his findings and showed me the dry back-up battery and advised replacement. He explained the risks of an old battery. The annual service is expensive, but this one was needed.
We had one of your employees, Robbie come to our home today on an Emergency Basis & replaced our pump. Robbie was an excellent worker & very pleasant. Thank you !
Excellent company.My main sump pump died.I called company and they were at my house within 24 hours.Replaced sump pump .No charge for new pump since under warranty.Only paid service charge.Very happy with service.I have been with this company for over 10 yrs.
