Insurance had them board up my father in law's house after a fatal house fire. They stole tools from his shed and workshop. I have pictures of the before they came and after with the obviously missing tools. How trash of a human do you have to be to steal tools from someone who died in a house fire?

Called at 4 am after a 3 am break-in to our business. Told they would be out in one hour. Called again at 5:30 am told they would be out in one hour. Called at 6:30 am was transferred to local person, who told me they had never gotten any requests and that it would be an hour and a half. Gave up and called another company. Bad enough to have a break-in and be up all night, but then to have their lack of service added on made it pretty rough.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called them after a tornado in Oklahoma. Told them I have a 1 story 2000 square foot house with shingles all over the roof missing, not a paticular place. My insurance agent recommended I call them as more rain was coming in. They showed up, started to tarp the house, and proceeded to tell me they needed to go get more tarps.
