They fixed my Tiffany mantel clock My clock has sat on my desk at my unoveriy, besides me, for over 20 years. I took the clock to sveral repair chops to get price quotes. Not only was 80% less expensive than most of my other options, but I also had a great sense of comfort. Walking into their Store is like walking into another era - grandfather clocks, wall clocks and others -- new and antique!. I will most definitely be back. I just remebered I learned about them from an article in the New York Times.

Lousy customer service – I placed an order for a clock as a wedding gift. After 6 weeks the wedding came and went and it never arrived. After 3 months the clock never came. Repeated phone calls were always the same story - I'll get back to you with an answer as to when it will be shipped by Monday. And another Monday came and went until I was able to cancel the order.
