Worked efficiently to quickly find leaks, which were in both a balcony and, to my surprise, in a shower. Gave good advice for getting these affordably fixed. Excellent service.

They were great at reminding me of the appointed meeting time and phoned me when there was an issue with this (the representative was running early!). The representative was friendly and well presnted and performed a thorough inspection of the damp issue with thermal detecting instuments, ruling out rising damp. I was very impressed with Callum who attended my two properties - easily identified the sources of the leaks and provided advice regarding how to rectify them.
