We paid $380, only to find that the cause of the water leakage was completely different from what was initially suggested. During the work, there were interruptions as the technician took several personal calls, which seemed unrelated to the job. My partner called to request a refund, but the response was evasive and unhelpful. We chose this service based on the reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
I was very impressed with their honesty and transparency during the phone inquiry. When the team arrived, I could see they knew what they were doing and had the patience to explain everything. They were here for about an hour and resolved an issue that another plumber had failed to address. I also found their pricing structure to be fair. A report and receipt were sent to me the following day. I highly recommend their services.

Used their services to identify where a broken pipe was located underneath a 200mm concrete slab and was advised in the report that "The burst pipe has been accurately located using pipe tracing and acoustic detection." However in reality the burst pipe was ~800mm away from the location identified.
