Shoutout to Chase at the First Colony 1/2 Price Boxes! This is actually my second time running into him (first was at the North Loop West location), and both times, his service has been amazing. Super professional, fast, and somehow manages to juggle everything at once without missing a beat. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be back!
Garrett was very friendly and so helpful. He was able to find the perfect size box for a 22 inch luggage I sold on Ebay & had to ship that same day. He even offered to help me carry the boxed luggage to my car. So glad I was able to find this store as it was such a great help. Will be back again.
UPS didn’t have the dimensions I needed for a box to return some office monitor equipment. They told me this place has the dimensions I needed. Super helpful staff, very knowledgeable and professional! Thank you 1/2 Price Boxes! If you need a box, they got it!!
