Staff over the phone were completely useless and unhelpful. She attempted to dismiss me over the phone right away
Don't have any available appointments until at least a month out, must be in some sort of crisis to be seen. This is a massive installation how do they not have more staff??????
looks like the reviews are old but still true. they just told me controlling my thoughts would solve all my issues every time I went in. same speech every time. only once a month. very condescending when it comes to the Theripist I had. Overall useless when it comes to real help.
