They (Jennie) have poor customer service skills and will talk to existing customers and potential customers in a rude manner in person and over the phone (DO NOT know how to handle difficult situations properly without getting an attitude...) She hung up the phone several times on us when we was calling asking questions for clarity... Business is business and she needs to learn how to keep her feelings to the herself....
