Problem was my computer would not stay connected to my network. The response was quick, price was reasonable, provided additional after care and even contacted me a few days later to see if I had any issues. Would recommend and will use again
The BEST repair I've had on anything. Rob is super nice and super efficient. I dropped my pc off at around 11am and in about 30min he gave me a call and asked how I would like to proceed with the repair. After that call, 10 min later he said it was ready to pick up. I got there and my computer was completely cleaned and started up perfectly. I'll 100% go here with any pc repairs in the future! Thanks Rob!
Quick, and fair price. This is an update on 7/20/25. I have another computer that he worked on . Needed a new motherboard. It is fixed and working well. Very happy with Mr. Adams' work.
Just had my computer fixed by rob, he had it for no longer than 10 mins an was able to figure out the problem and fix it. no sooner than we were pulling out of the drive way he had already started digging into it. would 100% recommend rob from 1&0 computer care, he will take care of you!
He was very friendly and honest. He did exactly as he said he would do and even went above and beyond for me. Would definitely recommend to new pc owners!
