Dr. Morales’ office isn’t covered by my insurance, but back in April, they told me it was. So, I went ahead and got the cleaning. Fast forward eight months to today, and they called to say my insurance isn’t paying because of a deductible—which I know is a lie. I spent an hour on the phone with my insurance company. Oh man run away from this place I worked there for few months and the dentist Dr. Morales while I was assisting him he asked me “if I wanna do dental assisting forever or find a rich husband” I can’t believe there’s horrible Doctors like this that looks at people this down and judges their career.
Went in for a cleaning about one year ago. I never received that cleaning because apparently I needed emergency work done. I went in for my second visit and was given a temporary crown after a root canal. I have severe dental anxiety and I’m very sensitive to mouth and teeth, pain in general, so I was apprehensive about having a root canal. They don’t offer any sort of anesthesia or laughing gas during procedures, which I am accustomed to having during any major dental procedures. Awful. Terrible experience. Run the other way. My wife and daughter both needed work done and they were left in pain. The procedures were painful. The recovery was painful. The dentist claims to be available but he ignored our calls when we reached out after hours. They charged us an exorbitant amount for work. Charged fees that insurance doesn’t cover to profit off our urgent situation. I am beyond livid as to how they treated my wife and daughter. Do not recommend.
Dr.morels did an excellent job on my teeth 🦷 👍 ! Since the first time I been going I have nothing but good things to say about this place ! Very nice and gentle ! And talk you thru the process to make sure your comfortable !
