I've been bringing my bike here since I bought it 2 years ago. Despite being a Chinese brand, it’s in fantastic condition because the team stays on top of all regular maintenance. Recently, Edmundo and Erick fixed a broken mirror for me on the exact same day with great attitude. They are super honest and transparent after every service, you get a detailed report backed with photos of the work done. Highly recommended if you want great customer care in NZ!
Me and my friend went there to try to fix her scooter. Even though my friend scooter was a hard one to fix they really care about us and explain everything. Erick was incredible, very kind and attentive to our safety and what he believed was the problem. Super recommend this place!
Always great service from Ed and the team. Highly knowledgeable, and gives good advice. Doesn’t over-fix or add on stuff you just don’t need. Sends photos and a breakdown of all the work that’s been done on a service.
Great service, fast turnaround and Ed will look for parts to fit rather than insist on new. I have 2 x Vespa et4 150’s which Ed repairs, keep to warrantable standard and services with care and passion and with respectful prices
I have been using Ed for many years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my scooter repairs and servicing. He is reliable and always manages to squeeze you in to make sure you’re back on the road quickly! He has great communication (will often send photos and detailed lists of what needs fixing) so there are no surprises or hidden costs when it comes to picking up. Highly recommend Ed and his team to all!
