Paloma Navarro has been a dream to work with. Hands down best customer service I’ve received in a while.
I would not recommend Viva Ford, we agreed with the price they offered we signed a paper with all their charges taxes everything we needed to pay out the door, then we went back to the finance office to complete the paperwork, there they add another $1300 for anti theft and towing saying it was non negotiable we had to pay for it, we got up and left, that is not how you should do business if they wanted to add that to the price it should've already been added in the original offer. By far the worst customer service in both the sales & service department. I’ll start by saying I’m a repeat customer when service is good, but I’d give this place a zero stars if I could. Service had my bronco for two weeks after they told me to drop the keys in the box. I called when I hadn’t heard anything for 2 weeks. They had no idea my car was there & hadn’t gotten the keys from the box. Then they rushed to get me a quote and quoted me over $2,000 more than any other service around. Open till 8 but can’t answer any single line. Called 15 times over few hrs. Ridiculous
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else to do business, I had my father get a car there and he was able to forge my signature and get the car without my consent. The worst part is that this dealership accepted signed papers with my forged signature without me ever being physically present to sign and show my i.d as I live out of state and never step foot in Texas.
