I have been to the parts dept. on more than a few occasions doing my own work at home and needing or wanting a genuine Ford part and recently had to get some transmission lines . The service from the nice lady and the gent with the lighter color beard and hair are very helpful and appreciate you as a customer, help with questions and double check to make sure you have what you need , I not a Ford tech or mechanic have been successful with all my repairs with their help . The service department and Andy at Tapper Ford are excellent. They provide great communication and work very expediently. I highly recommend. In addition, they are very friendly and personable. I recommend them highly.
