My first time at Tapper and everyone was professional and friendly. I followed Rob, from the service department at another Ford, to Tapper and it was a great experience. I will definitely get my service here!
The dealership was great to work with. They communicated continuously, provided excellent customer service, and were able to accommodate my schedule and some confusion with where my vehicle was located when providing the valet service. All of the staff were friendly and approachable. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle!
