0500 Mechanics has been our go to shop for years. They are always up-front and honest and do a great job.
I called in the morning and Chris was more than willing to invite me in as soon as possible. They couldn’t take care of everything in one day but they were very clear, transparent, and communicative of the details about my vehicle. I’m very pleased with the service and while I would’ve appreciated more time to ask questions I understood that I’m not the only customer. I would recommend people to this place. They even gave me a ‘loaner’ vehicle for the day.
Alway received good honest service and repairs done right the first time.
Chris at the front desk was kind of a jerk. I had a DoorDash and at first he was joking telling me they didn’t need any doors when I said I was there with DoorDash. After that it went down hill. When I told him I needed a signature he said make it quick because I’m busy and have stuff to do.
