Has helped me out, even called before he was open and he drove to come help me get off the side of the road. Nothing but a class act and good guy. Also had a good team. Above and beyond.
Absolutely RUDE! Will take forever getting something fixed. DO NOT take your cars here. Ive heard hes knowledgeable but I didnt see it. Everything about this screamed incompetent from the "shop" to the people hanging around. I couldnt find anyone actually doing any work, probably why work doesn't get done. This generation doesnt know the value of work.
Be aware! Staff is Rude, won’t fix anything, if the shop does it’s half crap. Overcharged and customer service is terrible. Don’t come here if you want something fixed quick.
My name’s Michelle and I have been through hell and back with my 03 Silverado due to incompetence and just sheer lack of consideration for the old girl. UNTIL I MET JAMES- I’ve never spoken to a more knowledgeable and qualified person for the work. He knows these cammed out 5.3s like the back of his hand! Tuned her amazingly and fixed all my other issues, both large and small. Not another soul will touch my truck til the day I die!! Well james is the kinda guy everyone will like,very knowledgeable,took my 2008 gt with a cam position code, told him what I thought, and asked him what he thought. The 3 valve 4.6 is known to have issues with cam phasers and for 20 years it's been the same recommendation, replace cam phasers, do full timing job, and upgrade to a high volume milling oil pump, summit sells the best kit.
