This is THE motorcycle repair shop in the area. The owner is even certified to perform Harley- Davidson warranty work. I've been going to my local dealer for nearly 30 years, but it seems like the last few years they've completely lost their mind. Shoddy work, finding parts they broke (and rigged to hide) after I get it home, not listening to what I asked for. This shop is the answer to all your motorcycle repairs or modifications. I've tried calling 007 Cycles multiple times the past few weeks to get my Yamaha serviced well within the times they are open. He never answers the phone, or texts like his voicemail says to do. Everyone in Granite City says to "support local businesses!" Yet this local business can't even answer their phone! Can't support them if they can't even answer their phone in order to do busines.🤷 If there is something else going on that I may not be aware of then I might retract this one star review.
Did exactly what he said he would do. Wouldn’t hesitate to give them more business if the need would arise!
