Not cool when your business hour says close at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:00pm and you're closing and said it's closed.
Dishonest business using inaccurate scales to bump up prices. Their scales are set to be at least half a pound higher than actual weight, which makes their herbs much more expensive, especially when you're buying already pricey medicinal herbs. I purchased cashews which ended up being 10% more expensive due to the weight discrepancy. This is not the first time I have caught them doing this. Another great herbal legacy store since 80's in chinatown. Again, great friendly, helpful, direct staffs, owners. Love their energetic workmanship here.
