Removed the perm rods out of my hair without letting the solution sit for longer than 2 minutes, washed my hair with conditioner TWICE after a perm and then dried it with a towel. Paid over $100 to have my hair destroyed by perm chemicals and covered in fly-aways.

I wanted to go lighter for summer with a color that was wasn’t blonde or brassy, and complimented my skin tone. i wanted a chestnut-type color, with balayage. i showed eric some reference photos and he absolutely nailed exactly the right tone, in literally 2 and a half hours. 🥰 this may be the first time where i went to a salon and got exactly what i asked for. thanks eric! 😍
