I got a couples massage and was not fulfilled in the slightest. My appointment was an hour behind, no call or text to inform me for the long wait. I then go do massage and my massage differed from partners massage leaving me in a lot of pain. On the exit after they surprise you with $7 tax the person who massaged my partner had the nerve to ask me for $5 more after I tipped $15 and wouldn’t move until I gave more tip. This experience was booked via Groupon. We booked a couples massage and one of the masseuses was late by 10 minutes. So we didn't start at the same time and it was hard for one of us to begin enjoying until the other masseuse arrived. Then when she arrived, the two masseuses were chatting. At the beginning we didn't have the relaxation we expected from this service. At the end they charged tax $7 each, we gave a 15% tip and they offered us a delicious tea and candies.

服务过程，服务人员出去了两次，又接电话又开门。重点是结束小费追问更多，就是做美容那个女生！硬性要求，已经给了15%，还要更多！客人不是傻，谢谢！
