Was promised icy blonde left yellow... not sure how I can say these are good results. I went to robs with extremly high hopes of leaving ICY blonde. We started with a consultation and a 3 appointment plan to get me to that colour. I happily would have gone elsewhere if he said he couldnt do it but he assured me this is something he could do. I was also told my hair was "healthy virgin " hair. At NO point was I told plans had changed in ANY way. He told me the plan was 3 sets of highlights then a full colour. On the last day ... read more
3 sessions and still can't even get it remotely close?! Guy is obviously colour blind.. Does NOT handle business well AT ALL. Do not come here.. Absolute joke..
