Was promised icy blonde left yellow... not sure how I can say these are good results. I went to robs with extremly high hopes of leaving ICY blonde. We started with a consultation and a 3 appointment plan to get me to that colour. I happily would have gone elsewhere if he said he couldnt do it but he assured me this is something he could do.
