Unprofessional and horrible. I got a Groupon deal to try them out but they donβt accept phone calls and for 1 month I attempted to schedule an appointment using the WhatsApp number they provide and their email and there was no response. Thereβs so much more but I donβt want to bother typing everything. They must not be a real business. Thankfully, Groupon returned my money.Β
DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON DEAL. DO NOT LET THE DEAL PRICE FOOL YOU! I would not recommend anyone to buy the Groupon deal because it's been months & I have not gotten a response to set up an appointment. I even mentioned I didn't want to buy the Groupon deal unless I can get an appointment & that interaction was the last interaction I've had. I wouldn't have purchased the Groupon & just went through the business directly but I'm happy I didn't because they're very unprofessional.
