Unprofessional and greedy. Agreed on $800, but ended up charging 1200. It took the two guys (supposed to be 3) twice as much time to move the same apt I moved two years ago, and they didn't even uninstall the bed frame or wrap the mattress! Not to mention they literally throw my boxes from the loading dock (not just let it free fall, but THREW it downward!)! See photos for damaged items. It was a nightmare doing business with this moving company. My headboard of the bed is not attached because he lost the attachment screws. They crushed the corner of a dining chair and it’s beyond repair. He also damaged my treadmill and I have to end up paying someone to fix it. Im still shocked till this date that they just care about money but not the quality of the service. The owner also tries to increase the price of the fees on the day of moving. Please avoid them at all cost!
