Bernice is hands down the BEST fitness instructor/personal trainer in south Florida. Her knowledge of fitness, emphasis on mindset, and positive attitude make b fit vibe the best gym ever. Bernice knows exactly how I should work out for my goals and i am always so happy to see her smiling face. She is the only person I will workout at 5 AM for (donโt worry she has later times too). I would encourage everyone to sign up to train with Bernice!!ย
