I requested an annual AC maintenance check in North Aurora and was scheduled for an appointment quickly. our boiler quit working during a really cold week, so i called fitzgerald family a/c repair service for emergency help. even though i managed a temporary fix, barry took time to talk with me on the phone, giving helpful hvac advice and making sure i understood my options. when the issue came back, he showed up quickly, acted very professional, and explained things about my thermostat, even though that wasn’t part of the main repair. great customer service and knowledge with heating systems in north aurora.
