We have had Nathaniel come to our house several times to fix heater problems that another company said were already fixed. Our upstairs heater line froze up before, so the company that installed it added refrigerant, but it froze up again later. Nathaniel came out and found that the wrong TXV valve was used for the type of refrigerant we had. Also, a while back, the control board went out on our downstairs furnace.
