You would think it is common sense when scheduling the installation several weeks in advance that all technicians required would be attending. Not in our case. They scheduled the heat pump installer to arrive on 1 day and the electrician to arrive a week later to only find out they would need to come back again 2 days later because they could not finish the job and "could" not come back the next day.
