We recently purchased a home and we were not very sure how to work the furnace. We called the number on the furnace, they had maintained it for the previous owner. THEY WERE NOT ALFA. The guys came over, told us we needed to fix something with the gas, they charged $1500 plus they told us we needed to replace the heat pump as it was busted, for about $6700.
