I had a very bad experience with this company. I found her on Kijiji and called for a quote. She mentioned that it was $120.00 and that she would need a $60.00 deposit upfront which I sent a bit reluctantly. The cleaning was scheduled for Sunday the 18th at 2.30 pm. She arrived around 3.30 pm. After she arrived I showed her around the house and told her to start with the washrooms. I was in my room wanting to change my bed linen. I was a customer who had to pay upfront for their mediocre work. This haughty attitude of is one of the biggest downside of this business . I am not a jealous competitor, just an annoyed customer. And i'm sure this business is no threat to any competitor because this is self sabotaging, even with all the purchased five star reviews .
