Melvin and Brian were amazing. They responded quickly and finished the water damage cleanup upstairs in less than an hour. Our carpet had been badly affected by a water issue, and they made it look almost brand new again. They were very friendly during the visit, arrived early, and clearly explained every step of the water extraction, drying, and carpet cleaning process, including what equipment and products they were using. I want to praise 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and their hard working team, Melvin and Brian. We had a basement water damage emergency when a leak caused part of the ceiling to fall, and they responded after hours right away to start the water mitigation process. They quickly set up the drying equipment, checked the affected areas for moisture, and got the cleanup and restoration work moving fast. Brian and his crew were great to work with. We had a leak in the attic that soaked the insulation and caused soft, damaged ceilings below.
