AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I have been stuck with a 05 Subaru Outback from them that has no title issued. I have called them multiple times, and also gone to the DMV and they cannot figure out why I am not able to even apply for a duplicate title. This has been a 3 year ordeal, and the vehicle doesn't even work any more. I can't get rid of the vehicle because I have no title so I am stuck in Limbo. Over payed on an Ouback XT a year ago. CEL comes on on the way home. The owner Andrew wouldn't help fix it. 800 dollars later car is running. Put 10k more miles on it and the engine blew a few days ago. These people are thieves and they are well aware they are scamming people. Don't ever buy from them. Don't even bother looking.

I purchased a 2004 VW Passat 2 years ago from this dealer. The Vehicle was/is in good shape runs good, no major mechanical issues. The price was reasonable and overall I would say I got a good deal. HOWEVER, at the time of purchase I paid in full with a trade-in. I thought everything was in order until a few month's go by and I still hadn't received the title... As of right now they get only one star from me. After emailing Joel with some questions about the 2007 Forester and to see is he could send me the correct VIN so I could run a car fax, I have yet to receive and reply back. Until I finally get a reply, this one star rating will stand.
