Ordering was easy, purchased around $15k in patio furniture & tables. Was told 3-4 week ship time.. at the end of 4 weeks I asked for an upadate and was told it would ship in another 3 weeks. I said that doesnt work for me and they managed to get me the order the following week. However there were missing peices (table legs), 5 tables not in commision without the legs and our restaurant patio is incomplete. I'm honestly not sure if this is a real business or a scam. We placed an order in early March and they immediately processed our credit card payment and confirmed the order. Eight weeks later and we've haven't received the order or any communicate from Affordable Seating of any kind. We contacted Affordable Seating to check on the shipment and received a boilerplate reply that contains no actual information as to the status of the order, when it might ship or when we would receive it. Product quality was bad and we decided to return instead of installing. Terrible customer service, they are still holding on to our refund even though the product was returned 5 months ago. Be aware- they have multiple companies all filtering from the same warehouse and staff.
I'm giving them 5 starts because in the end, the product turned out perfect. I bought a booth and a table. I was concerned about it's arrival, the final colors, and if indeed it would fit as measured. There were a few hiccups in regards instructions on how to assemble the table and bolt the booth together, sharing that information earlier would have been helpful. However, they were responsive to emails and the products arrived as planned.
