So far I have had no trouble, as long as all info I received is correct...I am good. Big issue trying to reach a human but once I did all went well. Will be backing up everything with a confirmation letter as I am new to this entire medical supply issue. And two things on their notes were not correct ie someone called...nope not a message on my phone.
