Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE I spoke to JELWEY CHARLES on Friday to book a massage appointment for myself from an expired gift card as well as for my sister. The following day, I had an emergency where I wouldn’t have been able to make the appointment I booked for the following day which was on a Saturday @4pm. The Spa was opened from 11am. This was my first massage ever.. This was a great experience.. the atmosphere felt like I was in a resort in a tropical island. Will come again!!
