The overall experience was very relaxing. From the moment you walk in you’re welcomed by a very friendly staff. The waiting area has the perfect ambience. For NY Locals, you can skip this review since my frustrating experience as a traveler may not be relatable -- I visited NY for the weekend, and this place was one of the main purposes of my travel because I heard a lot good things and I wanted to treat my mother as an early birthday gift. I came to ZZ Spa for a birthday treat and it was an amazing experience. Jameela was EXTREMELY helpful and sweet and attentive. The massage was amazing and relaxing. The experience was amazing and I’ll for sure be back.
It was such a wonderful experience, the team is very communicative and attentive to all your needs, I loved the birthday attention that I received because of my birthday. Also the facial was highly professional and my consultant gave me recommendations on my skin care. Thanks to Jammeela and all her wonderful team. Definitely coming back.
Cannot say enough good things about Zz day spa. The front desk staff were so kind and Helen my massage therapist was wonderful . Highly recommend for a prenatal spa and Jameela at the front desk is lovely!
