zz spa is so welcoming and amazing they make the whole experience such a relaxing and restorative time. Always greeted with professionalism and a mimosa they strive to make sure we are having the best experience every time. Being a member is a steal of a deal and would recommend this spa to anyone in the tri state area!
I’m attaching photos because I feel they speak for themselves. I completely hated this experience and genuinely regret using this service at all. Although this was a complimentary service through a membership purchase, complimentary should never mean poor quality or careless work. I worked very hard to grow my natural nails healthy and strong, and after this appointment my nails are now brittle, sore, and my nail beds hurt. What a great experience. From the booking, to the check in, to the massage, everything was top notch. One of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had!
Don’t waste your money or time or energy . I had a birthday gift card package booked here, and honestly, I dont recommend . The booking process is not smooth. You cannot easily book directly through the website, and when you call, it is difficult to reach someone. I had previously used part of my gift card for a massage at a different location on 36th street, and found the service underwhelming. There wasn’t a good first impression.
